Job Vacancy: Market Strategy Manager – Netherlands
SAM Sensory & More is an innovative fashion brand dedicated to designing and manufacturing sensory-friendly clothing and accessories. Our mission is to enhance the well-being and comfort of highly sensitive individuals and people with sensory sensitivities. Following a successful introduction to the Belgian market, we aim to expand our presence to the Netherlands and achieve further growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market, target audience, and competition analyses and identify trends.
Develop a targeted go-to-market strategy for both the B2B and B2C markets.
Develop marketing and communication strategies both online and offline.
Create and implement a media plan for press coverage.
Establish and execute a B2B sales strategy to expand sales outlets.
Optimize the online platform tailored to the target audience.
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust marketing and communication actions.
Facilitate knowledge transfer from an external party through meetings and reporting.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of the Dutch market and preferably an affinity for our ideology and products. You work independently and possess strong commercial and analytical skills to add value in new markets. You have a proven track record in marketing with a deep understanding of market analysis and strategic planning. Lastly, you have an extensive network in the Netherlands that can be leveraged for a successful rollout of SAM.
